Do NOT Throw Anything Away Do not throw anything away before meeting with us. Every company will tell you this and there is a reason. That "pile of junk" or "that trash" might be worth big money. Seriously...don't throw anything away until you have an expert look at it.
Removing Items After an Interview We make an estimate of the Estates Value based on what you represent will be for sale. So If you intend to take items let us know During the Walk through So That We May Give You a More Accurate Estimate.

The best way to get a feel for a us is to watch us in action. Come to a sale. Look and see how it is set up. Interact with our staff at the checkout. Look for what is important to you.
Ask Us for References Ask Us for reference and contact information for recent clients. Contact our clients and find out what they liked and what they didn't like.
We Will Provide You with A Copy of Our Contract A contract is extremely important it will detail out when the sale will be held, how much we are charging, when you will get paid, etc.
We Will Answer The Following Questions During Your Walk Through:
How many days it will take to set up
What the commission will be
If There Are Any Additional fees
How You Would Like the home left? Broom Clean, Empty, etc.?
How many days will the sale itself be?
When would you be able to do the sale (dates and times)?
Post sale cleanup options e.g. buyout, consignment, donate, dispose
